Fb web page admin booked by Srinagar Police

The Jammu Kashmir Police have registered a proper First Info Report (FIR) towards a Fb web page admin, Mudasir Bashir Bhat, alias Mudasir Aziz.

In accordance with an prompt FIR copy accessed by Srinagar-based news-gathering company Kashmir Dot Com, one Mudasir Bashir Bhat, son of Bashir Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Khayam, Srinagar, has been booked vide FIR no. 8/2024 below sections 341 (Wrongful Restraint), 354 (Sexual Assault), 499 (Defamation), and part 506 (Prison Intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
