JK Adm Extends Reimbursement for A number of Births in First Childbirth

SRINAGAR: The JK administration has clarified that if there are greater than two youngsters born within the first childbirth, reimbursement for the Kids Schooling Allowance could also be supplied for all the kids born throughout that preliminary supply.

The Finance Division, in a notification said, “Clarification relating to Grant of Kids Schooling Allowance (CEA) and Hostel Subsidy to the Staff of Union Territory of JK.”

“Sanction has been accorded to the grant of Kids Schooling Allowance and Hostel Subsidy in favour of Staff of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, at par with the Central Authorities Staff,” it reads.

“The reimbursement of Kids Schooling Allowance/Hostel subsidy could be claimed just for the 2 eldest surviving youngsters with the exception in case the second youngster beginning leads to twins/a number of beginning.”

In case of failure of sterilization operation, the CEA/Hostel Subsidy could be admissible in respect of youngsters born out of the primary occasion of such failure past the same old two youngsters norm”.
