SRINAGAR: Search operations by Military, Police, SOG and paramilitary forces continued in numerous areas of the dual border districts of Rajouri and Poonch as troops intensified efforts to get rid of the hiding militants amid stories that they could have fled to higher reaches of the area.
There are at the moment 14 to fifteen search operations ongoing within the two districts and the operations will start at different places after these areas secured. The operations will assure that the militants are eradicated, and no extra strikes are carried out by them within the twin districts, The Excelsior reported.
