Wular Lake to Be Promoted as Kashmir’s Premier Vacationer Vacation spot: Secy Tourism

   

SRINAGAR: Secretary Tourism Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah Tuesday confirmed that Wular Lake, the second-largest freshwater lake in Asia, might be promoted because the premier tourism vacation spot of Jammu and Kashmir.

Speaking to media individuals after presiding over a public Darbar at Sumbal-Sonwari in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, Shah pressured that Wular Lake is on quickly  going to turn out to be a serious vacationer vacation spot, with the federal government planning quite a lot of initiatives.

He assured the individuals of Bandipora that a number of initiatives might be carried out at Wular Lake to protect its significance and tourism potential. “Enhancing tourism at Wular may even contribute to the financial prosperity of the native inhabitants.”
