SRINAGAR: In separate orders, the Common Administration Division (GAD) of the JK Authorities on Tuesday introduced the promotion of 13 Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers.
Six JKAS officers have been promoted to the Choice Grade and one to the Particular Scale in addition to the discharge of a non-functional Particular Scale and Choice Grade in favour of six officers.
Kapil Sharma has been accorded JKAS Choice Grade (Degree 12) with impact from September 4, 2014 whereas Sushil Kesar, Pawan Kumar, Anshuman Singh, Manpreet Kour and Swarn Singh have been promoted to the Choice Grade notionally with impact from 07-04-2021 and on common foundation from 10-10-2023.
Parveez Ahmad Raina has been promoted to the Particular Scale of JKAS (Pay Degree 13 with impact from 10-10-2023.
Choice Grade (Non-functional ) has been launched within the favour of Akhtar Hussain Qazi and Anil Kumar Thakur whereas Particular Scale (Non-functional) has been launched in favour of Akhtar Hussain Qazi, Sushil Kesar, Hamida Akhter and Anil Kumar Thakur.
