Gasoline stations requested to not promote petrol to riders with out helmets in Anantnag

Srinagar, Nov 30: The authorities in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district have imposed ban on promoting of gasoline to two-wheelers who experience with out helmets and has requested all petrol pump house owners to put in CCTV cameras of their gasoline stations.

 

In keeping with an order, a duplicate of which lies with the information company—Kashmir Information Observer (KNO) deputy commissioner Anantnag has requested all petrol and filling stations within the district shall not promote petrol to two-wheelers with out helmets.

Per the order petrol pump and filling station house owners have been requested to put in CCTV cameras, which ought to clearly present the footage of the consumers.

“The Petrol stations promoting gasoline to such site visitors rule violators shall be personally held accountable and shall be dealt as per the regulation. Any violation of this order can be dealt in accordance with part 188 of IPC,” it stated—(KNO)
