JAMMU, Dec 1: Authorities of Jammu and Kashmir has directed all treasury officers to impress upon DDOs working upon their treasuries to make sure contributions in the direction of Armed Forces Flag Day Fund by all the staff.
“Armed Forces Flag Day Fund is noticed yearly on the seventh of December. As per previous follow, all Treasury Officers are directed to impress upon the DDOs working upon their treasuries to make sure donation to the Fund by all the staff”, reads a round by Principal Secretary to Authorities, Finance Division.
The minimal charge of donation, as per the round, has been mounted at ₹200 for Gazetted Officers and ₹100 for Non-Gazetted officers to be donated from their salaries from the month of December 2023.
“The quantity of donation shall be remitted as; a) By Cheque/Financial institution Draft in favour of Armed Forces Flag Day Fund and the cheque/financial institution draft shall be despatched to Director Sainik Welfare, Jammu and Kashmir Authorities, Amphalla, Jammu or b) By NEFT in favour of Secretary, Rajya Sainik Board, J&Ok Financial institution A/C Quantity 0493040100000784, IFSC Code JAKA0AMPHLA & MICR Code 180051040 and the copy of bill be mailed to directorsw-11@jk.gov.in”, reads the round.
