Jammu, Dec 2: A lady was arrested in reference to an assault on a police occasion by suspected drug peddlers in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, police mentioned.
The girl, spouse of most needed heroin smuggler Masoom Ali alias ‘Kala’, was the ninth accused arrested for the assault on the police occasion close to Rakh Barotian, a police spokesman mentioned.
He mentioned some policemen have been injured within the April 6 assault following which a case was registered on the Vijaypur police station.
