Mughal highway reopens after 3 days closure as a result of snowfall

Mughal highway, connecting Kashmir Valley’s Shopian district with twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch, reopened on Sunday for one-way visitors after remaining closed as a result of contemporary snowfall, officers mentioned.

The thoroughfare was closed as a result of snowfall at a number of locations alongside the highway together with ‘Pir Ki Gali’ on November 30.

DTI Mughal Highway Kapil Manhas confirmed to GNS that visitors has been opened in direction of Shopian finish.
