SRINAGAR: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Minister of Rural Improvement and Panchayati Raj Giriraj Singh for approval of highway infrastructure tasks within the Union Territory of Jammu Kashmir.
In a publish on X, LG Sinha wrote: “Grateful to Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji & Hon’ble Union Minister of Rural Improvement and Panchayati Raj Shri Giriraj Singh Ji for approval of 12 highway upgradation tasks & development of a bridge beneath PMGSY-III Batch-III at a value of Rs. 152 Cr.”

“The highway upgradation tasks will profit a whole bunch of habitations in 6 districts of J&Ok UT. The 2 lane bridge for border district of Poonch will guarantee better ease of journey and it’ll join villages to prosperity and contribute in general socio-economic improvement,” he stated.
