J&K Police attaches unlawful properties price Rs 60 lakh of infamous drug peddlers in Baramulla

BARAMULLA: Persevering with its motion in opposition to drug peddlers, Police in Baramulla connected properties (Single storied residential home & double storied buying advanced with two separate washrooms, price approx. Rs.60.00 lacs) belonging to infamous drug peddlers particularly Mohd Ayoob Shah & Ghulam Mohammad Shah @ Gulshah each sons of Abdul Khaliq resident of Ladoora Rafiabad, District Baramulla.

The motion was taken beneath sections 68-E learn with 68-F (1) of NDPS Act of 1985 & is linked with case FIR No. 18/2024 u/s 8/21 NDPS Act of PS Baramulla.

The property was recognized as illegally acquired property through the course of investigation/enquiry performed by Police. The property was prima facie acquired from illicit trafficking in Narcotic drug and Psychotropic substances by the drug peddlers.

This operation reaffirms the dedication of Police to fight the drug menace. Native folks of the realm hailed the initiative of Police.
