3 Miscreants Booked Underneath PSA In Baramulla: Police

Srinagar : Police on Monday stated that three anti-national components have been booked underneath Public Security Act in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

In a handout to the police stated that appearing powerful towards ANEs Baramulla Police booked three individuals particularly Mysir Majeed Malik son of Abdul Majeed resident of Seriwarpora Pattan, Abdul Ahad Dar son of Ghulam Mohd DAR resident of Dar Mohalla Palhallan & Khursheed Ahmad Waza son of Late Gh Ahmad resident of Tantraypora Palhallan underneath Public Security Act after acquiring formal detention orders from the competent Authority.

The assertion additional acknowledged that the booked individuals have been detained and subsequently lodged in District Jail Kupwara & Anantnag.

Pertinent to say that many circumstances are registered towards these individuals and have been concerned in disturbance of L&O and subversion. Regardless of their involvement in lots of FIR’s they didn’t mend their anti nationwide & Social actions, reads the assertion.(GNS)
