SRINAGAR: To learn the overall buyers of Srinagar, the Bombay Inventory Trade (BSE) organised the Regional Investor Seminar for Consciousness (RISA) on Thursday in collaboration with the Securities and Trade Board of India (SEBI) and JK Financial institution on the Financial institution’s company headquarters in Srinagar. Officers from SEBI, the BSE, Central Depository Companies Restricted (CDSL), and the Financial institution attended the seminar.
Talking on the occasion, Supervisor (SEBI) Kunal Kishore defined the position of SEBI within the functioning of the Securities Market, whereas Senior Supervisor (BSE) Jasdeep Singh elaborated on Financial savings and Investments and the workings of the Securities Market. Senior Supervisor (CDSL) Mukesh Chauhan educated the members about depository providers and the significance of Demat accounts.
This system obtained constructive suggestions with an excellent variety of members in attendance and concluded with a Query and Reply session, throughout which SEBI, CDSL, and BSE officers addressed the queries of the members.
Two extra seminars of this nature will probably be performed in Baramulla and Kupwara on Friday and Saturday respectively.
