SRINAGAR: Authorities of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday ordered for appointment of A Okay Chowdhary as Chairman of the Public Service Fee.
An order issued by Basic administration division reads that the appointment of Chowdhary is to take impact from the date of him assuming the workplace and for a interval until he attains the age of sixty-two years.
“In train of powers conferred by Part 93 of the Jammu and Kashmir Re-organization Act, 2019, and S.O. 3937 (E) dated thirty first October, 2019, learn with Order issued when it comes to sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of the Proclamation issued by the President dated thirty first October, 2019, the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir is happy to nominate Mr. A.Okay. He shall maintain the place of the Chairman, Public Service Fee, until he attains the age of sixty two years,” it reads.
