Srinagar, Jan 21: The Administrative Council (AC) which met in Jammu underneath the Chairmanship of Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha accredited absorption of 145 everlasting workers of the Centaur Lake View Resort, Srinagar.
The staff as per the official communique are adjusted in Sher-i-Kashmir Worldwide Conference Centre (SKICC), Jammu and Kashmir Cable Automobile Company Ltd (JKCCC) and Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Improvement Company Ltd, Srinagar (JKTDC) with impact from 01.03.2023.
Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor; Atal Dulloo, Chief Secretary; Mandeep Kumar Bhandari, Principal Secretary to LG attended the assembly.
That is in pursuance to the method of outsourcing of the property of Tourism Division. Earlier, the Administrative Council in its determination dated 22-05-2023 had accredited absorption of those workers with impact from 22-05-2023.
A Authorities Order No. 86-JK(TSM) of 2023 dated 12.07.2023 was issued on this behalf.
The matter was examined by a excessive powered committee constituted underneath the executive mechanism for decision of disputes by Division of Authorized Affairs, Govt of India and beneficial by the Committee constituted by GAD vide Authorities Order No. 536-JK(GAD) of 2023 dated 02.05.2023 and in addition as per the concurrence of the Finance Division.
