Forward of PM go to, authorities prohibit flying of aviation gadgets in Udhampur

Srinagar, Apr 11: Forward of PM Modi’s go to to Udhampur, authorities have issued advisory to ban flying of aviation gadgets within the district.

“Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Sh. Narendra Modi, is visiting Udhampur to handle public assembly on 12/04/2024 and numerous mandatory preparations are being undertaken by the administration as per SoP, for secure and safe conduct of the rally; and in view of the rising new safety threats on account of current traits of finishing up drones as Improvised Explosive Machine by Anti Nationwide Components, it’s crucial to strengthen the safety measures to take care of legislation and order,” reads an order issued by District Justice of the Peace Udhampur, a duplicate of which lies with Information Company Kashmir Scroll.

“Now, due to this fact, I, Saloni Rai (IAS), District Justice of the Peace Udhampur, in train of the powered vested upon me below part 144 of the CrPC with a view to make sure correct safety preparations, do hereby prohibit the flying of any type of aviation gadgets together with Unmanned Aerial Automobiles (UAVs), Drones, Balloons and many others, in District Udhampur.” Reads the order.

“This order shall come into pressure with speedy impact and stay in pressure until 12/04/2024 (05:00 PM). Senior Superintendent of Police Udhampur shall implementation of this order in letter and spirit,” it states additional.
