SRINAGAR: A 24-year-old soldier has handed away whereas finishing up an “operational job” in a ahead space close to the Line of Management (LoC) in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, the Military introduced on Friday.
Gurpreet Singh, who died on Thursday, hailed from Punjab’s Gurdaspur and is survived by his mom, Lakhwinder Kaur.
“Chinar Corps regrets the unlucky demise of Gnr Gurpreet Singh whereas performing an operational job in a ahead space in #Baramulla Sector,” the Military’s Chinar Corps said in a submit on ‘X’.

Our deepest condolences to the bereaved household,” the Military communicated.
