Blacktopping work to begin on Rajouri freeway stretch

Rajouri, Jan 22: Blacktopping (BT) work on Nationwide Freeway stretch between Muradpur Chowk and Rajouri city is ready to begin . The involved govt company has deployed it’s equipment within the stretch for the work.

Nationwide Freeway 144A between Jammu and Rajouri and Poonch is below up-gradation as a freeway with paved shoulders. Most portion of this freeway stretch from Sunderbani and Kallar has been blacktopped.

Individuals had been demanding blacktopping on freeway between Muradpur and Rajouri city over busy site visitors on this portion. The involved govt company has now taken up the work for blacktopping on this stretch.

The representatives knowledgeable that the stretch from Muradpur Chowk to Rajouri city might be blacktopped in first section.

Border Roads Organisation (BRO) is supervising the work on this freeway.
