The Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation(Modification)Invoice-2023 is being introduce right now within the Lok Sabha for granting 33 p.c reservation for girls in J&Okay UT Meeting.
The invoice is being introduced as “The Structure (One Hundred and Twenty-Eighth Modification) Invoice-2023, cleared by the Parliament within the particular session convened in September this 12 months for granting reservation for girls in Lok Sabha and state assemblies, was not relevant to Jammu & Kashmir and Union Territory.
Ladies leaders from Jammu & Kashmir have welcomed the transfer.
