Mumbai, Dec 22: The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of Mumbai police has seized charas value Rs 1.04 crore and arrested three individuals together with a resident of Jammu and Kashmir, an official mentioned on Friday.
The accused have been a part of an inter-state drug trafficking racket, he mentioned.
The Bandra unit of the ANC, in a particular operation, apprehended two individuals in Byculla space and seized 1.8 kg of high-quality Kashmiri charas, the crime department official mentioned.
