Srinagar: Indian Nationwide Congress on Saturday nominated Kashmir-based politician Ghulam Ahmad Mir as Common Secretary of All India Congress Committee (AICC) for Jharkhand with further cost of West Bengal.
Taking to microblogging web site ‘X’, Mir wrote, “I wish to specific my heartfelt because of our CPP Chairperson Smt. Sonia Gandhi Ji, Congress President Mallikarjun @kharge Ji and Shri @RahulGandhi Ji for reposing religion in me and appointing me as Common Secretary of AICC.”
In associated growth, the Congress chief Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has been relieved from the put up of AICC in-charge of UP Congress. Sachin Pilot appointed as in-charge of Chhattisgarh Congress. Ramesh Chennithala appointed as AICC in-charge of Maharashtra.
However, Congress chief Sachin Pilot has been appointed because the Common Secretary of the Chhattisgarh Congress, Deepa Dasmunshi appointed because the Common Secretary of the Kerala, Lakshadweep and extra cost of Telangana Congress.
Notably, Ghulam Ahmad Mir from Dooru Shahabad Anantnag was the President of Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee from 2015 till he tendered his resignation from the put up in July 2022.
