Budgam: A infamous drug smuggler has been booked below Prevention of Illicit Site visitors in Narcotic Medicine and Psychotropic Substances (PIT NDPS) Act in central Kashmir’s Budgam district, police stated on Saturday.
In a statemen, , a spokesperson stated that the drug peddler recognized as Ashfaq Rehman Khan of Sheikhpora Budgam has been booked below the Prevention of Illicit Site visitors in Narcotic Medicine and Psychotropic Substances (PIT NDPS) Act in Budgam as he was concerned in selling and supplying medication to the native youth.
The statemen reads that that is the 14th arrest made below the PIT NDPS Act this 12 months in Budgam district.
It reads that police have registered 77 circumstances associated to the Narcotic Medicine and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act within the district this 12 months alone.
