Srinagar, Feb 24: Deputy Inspector Normal of Police Rajiv Omprakash Pande appealed to the youth to stay cautious and never give as much as the peer stress or persuasion from anybody to attempt the medicine.
Speaking to GNS on the sidelines of a drug de-addiction occasion held by District Authorized Companies Authority Srinagar in unison with Non-governmental Organisations (NGOs) ‘Kashmir Concern’ & ‘White Globe’, the senior cop thanked the lawyer fraternity for organising the occasion.
“…Kindly take this message from J&Ok Police, from the DLSA and the Civil Society of J&Ok to the people who those that get trapped in drug abuse, inform them to say no even to ‘first attempt’… By no means ever go for the ‘first attempt’, as a result of it a lure.”
“In case you accomplish that, you will get trapped into this and this (lure) will lead you in the direction of a really harmful sort of finish to your life,” Pande mentioned whereas urging the media to take this message to the folks.
Reiterating, Pande mentioned, “Don’t merely go for ‘first attempt’ on the persuasion of your folks on another relative, concerning any artificial drug or another drug, kindly refraction from any such act.”
