Srinagar- Taking a severe view into complaints relating to charging of college price in retrospective method, by some personal instructional establishments, the Committee for Fixation & Regulation of Payment of Personal Colleges, Jammu and Kashmir (FFRC), warned the erring establishments of motion in accordance with regulation.
The JKFFRC, in an order observes that the personal instructional establishments are both in means of finishing the admission course of or have accomplished the identical. “Complaints are pouring in from the mother and father, that some colleges are charging price retrospectively for the months the scholar has not been on rolls of the varsity and has not availed any providers from the varsity.”
On this regard, the order says, all of the personal colleges are put beneath orders to not cost price retrospectively for the interval a scholar has not been on the rolls of college. “The college shall cost price from the date a scholar is definitely admitted within the college,” reads the order.
“Any violation (of the order) shall warrant motion in accordance with regulation, which can embody recommending to the federal government for de-recognition/dis-affiliation of the varsity,” the order reads.
