SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday booked 5 miscreants underneath the Public Security Act and subsequently lodged them in Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu and District Jail Udhampur.
“Appearing robust towards ANEs (Anti-national Components) Baramulla Police booked 5 individuals particularly Asif Ali Bhat son of Ali Mohammad resident of Badipora Tangmarg, Mohammad Yaqoob Bhat son of Gh Mohd resident of Tantraypora Palhallan, Waseem Mehraj Farash @Waseem Farash son of Mehraj ud din resident of Khanpora, Bashir Ahmad Sualiah son of Late Ghulam Mohammad resident of Mohalla Jadeed Baramulla & Bilal Ahmad Dar @Shakir son of Gh Nabi resident of Wussan Khoie Pattan underneath Public Security Act after acquiring formal detention orders from the competent Authority,” reads a press release.
The booked individuals have been detained and subsequently lodged in District Jail Udhampur and Central Jail Kot-Balwal Jail Jammu.
“Pertinent to say that many instances are registered towards these individuals and have been concerned within the disturbance of L&O and subversion. Regardless of their involvement in lots of FIRs they didn’t mend their anti nationwide & Social actions,” reads the assertion additional.
