SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday arrested 4 drug peddlers in Baramulla and recovered contraband substances from their possession.
A police spokesperson in an announcement stated, “A police social gathering of Police Station Chandoosa headed by SHO PS Chandoosa at a checkpoint established at Walraman Chandoosa, intercepted two individuals recognized as Farooq Ahmad Dar son of Gh Nabi resident of Chakloo A/P Najibhat Kreeri & Mohd Altaf Sofi son of Abdul Aziz resident of Chakloo Baramulla.”
In the course of the search, 40 grams of Heroin was recovered from their possession. “They’ve been arrested and shifted to PS Chandoosa the place they continue to be in custody,” police stated.
