New Delhi, Dec 2: Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi on Saturday stated that the Centre is keen to carry structured debates on all the problems and requested the Opposition to abide by all the principles and rules for a similar.
He was interacting with the media on the Parliament’s Library Constructing, the venue for the all-party assembly, held two days previous to the Winter Session of Parliament which will get underway on December 4.
