Srinagar, Dec 14: Inspector Basic of Police (IGP) Kashmir zone Vidhi Kumar Birdhi Thursday emphasised on zero-tolerance coverage in the direction of narcotic menace and urged strict motion towards peddlers to fight the difficulty of drug trafficking and keep legislation and order.
