Islamabad: In a volte-face, a former senior bureaucrat who alleged that 13 candidates from Pakistan’s garrison metropolis of Rawalpindi have been forcefully declared winners within the elections, on Thursday withdrew his allegations and mentioned he made the rigging prices on the behest of ex-prime minister Imran Khan’s occasion which provided him a “profitable place”.

“I take full duty for my actions and give up myself earlier than the authorities for any sort of authorized motion,” Liaquat Ali Chattha, the previous Commissoner of Rawalpindi, was quoted as saying by Geo Information.
