SRINAGAR: Senior politician and former Deputy Chief Minister, Padma Bhushan Muzaffar Hussain Baig attended Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally at Jammu. He later spoke to the media and insisted that he was duty-bound to hearken to the Prime Minister.
