Srinagar- Authorities of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday ordered for revalidation of appointment orders issued in favour of candidates in forty-eight administrative departments below J&Okay Compassionate Appointment Guidelines, 1994 (SR0-43/1994).
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the re-validation of the Appointment Orders issued by the Administrative Departments/Competent Appointing Authorities, in favour of the eligible candidates below J&Okay Compassionate Appointment Guidelines, 1994 (SRO-43/1994), for which the approval of the Competent Authority has been conveyed to the respective (forty-eight) Administrative Departments vide communication(s), however haven’t been handed-over to such candidates inside the stipulated time interval”, reads an order.
“The becoming a member of interval of 21 days, in all such circumstances shall be reckoned with impact from 25.01.2024.”
“Additional, in respect of such candidates, in whose favour the appointment orders have been issued by the Basic Administration Division vide Authorities Order No. 46-JK-(GAD) of 2024 Dated 08.01.2024 to Authorities Order No. 116-JK-(GAD) of 2024 Dated 08.01.2024, the becoming a member of interval of 21 days shall even be reckoned with impact from 25.01.2024”, the order reads.
