Banihal recorded a low of 4.2°C, Batote minus 0.3°C and Bhaderwah minus 0.6°C, he stated.
Relating to the forecast, the MeT official stated that climate is anticipated to be dry until February 17.
“General, dry climate is anticipated until February 17 with often cloudy night throughout February 14.”
Relating to the outlook throughout February 18-20, he stated, there’s risk of sunshine snow and rain.
