SRINAGAR: New Delhi- Ladakh talks resumed on Monday, with Union Minister of State for Dwelling Affairs Nitayanand Rai chairing a gathering of a high-powered committee shaped by the Authorities of India in January to debate safeguards for the Union Territory.
