SRINAGAR: Unlawful mining in Romshi Nallah, Pulwama has caught the eye of the Nationwide Inexperienced Tribunal (NGT), resulting in notices being issued to the District Justice of the Peace (Deputy Commissioner) of Pulwama and the J&Ok State Environmental Influence Evaluation Authority (SEIAA).

The NGT, presided over by Justice Prakash Srivastava (Chairperson) and Dr A Senthil Veil (Knowledgeable Member), responded to a petition filed by social activist Dr Raja Muzaffar Bhat. The bench directed the District Justice of the Peace Pulwama and SEIAA to submit detailed reviews earlier than the subsequent listening to scheduled for February fifth, 2024.
