NEW DELHI, Feb 27: Union Minister Pralhad Joshi has mentioned Union Ministers Nirmala Sitharaman and S Jaishankar will contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Nonetheless, it has not been determined but as to the place they’ll contest from, he added.
“It’s showing within the media. Kind of it’s closing that they (Nirmala Sitharaman and Jaishankar) will contest the Lok Sabha elections. It has not been determined but from the place they’ll combat, whether or not it’s in Karnataka or another state,” Joshi, who holds the Coal and Mines portfolio, advised reporters right here on Monday.
To a query whether or not will probably be Bengaluru, Joshi mentioned, “How can I reply when nothing has been finalised?” Union Finance Minister Sitharaman and Exterior Affairs Minister Jaishankar are Rajya Sabha members from Karnataka and Gujarat respectively. (Businesses)
