Islamabad:A Pakistani excessive courtroom on Wednesday rejected jailed former prime minister Imran Khan’s plea in search of the withdrawal of his enchantment towards his disqualification within the Toshakhana corruption case.
Khan, 71, has been in jail since August 5, when he was arrested after a conviction within the Toshakhana case. He was disqualified by the Election Fee of Pakistan (ECP) within the case for failing to reveal the proceeds from the sale of presents he obtained from the Toshakhana (state repository).
