PM Modi Praises Famous Gojri Author Manshah Khaki

   

SRINAGAR: Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Muhammad Mansha Khaki, a distinguished Gojri author from the Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir, for his excellent contributions to linguistics and the preservation of tradition and the Gojri language. Khaki was featured in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s month-to-month Mann Ki Baat Radio tackle on Sunday, highlighting his achievements and efforts within the subject.

“Mohammad Manshah of Ganderbal in Jammu and Kashmir has been engaged in efforts to protect the Gojri language for final three a long time. He comes from Gujjar Bakerwal, a tribal neighborhood. In his childhood, Manshah needed to work onerous to check and used to cowl a distance of 20 kilometers on foot day by day,’’ PM Modi mentioned in his tackle.

He added, “Amidst such challenges, he obtained a Masters diploma and it was solely then that his resolve to protect his language grew to become stronger. The scope of Manshah’s work within the subject of literature is so in depth that it has been conserved in about 50 volumes which embody poems and folks songs. Manshah has translated many books in Gojri language.”

In the meantime, PM Modi introduced that his month-to-month ‘Mann Ki Baat’ broadcast is not going to be aired for the subsequent three months in step with political ethics in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
