PM Modi’s go to: Route advisory issued; college students requested to hold legitimate ID playing cards

Srinagar, March 06: Authorities on Wednesday issued a route advisory for motorists and commuters in anticipation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s go to to the Kashmir Valley tomorrow.

“Site visitors motion from Jehangir Chowk to Rambagh and Rajbagh to LD Hospital-Tulsi Bagh route shall be restricted from 4:00 AM to 7:00 PM,” as per the advisory, issued by the Site visitors Police, Kashmir.

As per the advisory, motion of autos from Panthachowk to Sonwar and vice versa shall be discouraged.

“College students showing for exams are suggested to hold legitimate ID playing cards, attain their examination facilities by 8:30 AM, and depart after 3:00 PM to keep away from inconvenience,” learn the advisory.

“Motion of autos from Police Golf Course/Resort Lalit in direction of Gupkar and Ram Munshi Bagh shall be restricted.

“Motorists are urged to park solely in designated areas to stop towing of wrongly parked autos.

“Residents are requested to keep away from journey on particular routes and make contact with Site visitors Police on particular service quantity 103 for help.”

Regretting any inconvenience precipitated, the authorities have emphasised that emergencies shall be allowed to take the shortest route.
