Tabling the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Modification) Invoice, 2023 within the Lok Sabha, Shah mentioned that earlier, Jammu had 37 seats however now it has 43, whereas Kashmir had 46 seats, now it has 47 seats.
He mentioned that the Delimitation Fee, arrange by the Centre for the delimitation of meeting and parliamentary constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir, has reserved 24 seats for PoK.
Shah mentioned, “The Delimitation (Fee) went in all places in J&Ok.
