SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district have arrested 5 absconders who had been evading their arrests from three a long time.
The police in an announcement stated {that a} Police Occasion of Police Station Tangmarg arrested one absconder recognized as Nazir Ahmad Mir son of Wali Mohammad resident of Miskeenbagh Khanyar A/P Ladoo Pampore concerned in case FIR No. 03/1988 of PS Tangmarg.
“Equally, a Police Occasion of Police Station Kunzer arrested one absconder particularly Ali Mohd Kawa son of Mohammad Qasim resident of Kawapora Sumbal A/P Hamdaniya Colony Bemina Srinagar concerned in case FIR No. 115/1997 of PS Pattan,” the police stated.
“Furthermore, a Police Occasion of Police Station Boniyar arrested three absconders particularly Khursheed Ahmad Bhat son of Ali Mohammad and Farooq AHmad Bhat son of Ali Mohd each residents of Heewan Sheeri and Abdul Majeed Khawaja son of Habibullah Khawaja resident of Bimyar Boniyar concerned in case FIR No.’s 52/2008 and 11/2009 of PS Boniyar respectively,” he added.
“Warrant of arrest was issued by the Courtroom of Sub Decide JMIC Tangmarg and Boniyar in opposition to them. They had been evading their arrests since 1988, 1997 and 2009 respectively. All had been produced earlier than the Hon’ble Courtroom of JMIC Tangmarg and Boniyar,” the police stated
