New Delhi: The Supreme Courtroom on Monday transferred to itself pleas associated to a tussle between two benches of the Calcutta Excessive Courtroom over the problem of a CBI probe into alleged irregularities in issuance of caste certificates to candidates aspiring for reserved class seats.
