SRINAGAR: JK Non-public Faculties Affiliation (JKPSA) of Jammu on Wednesday unanimously determined to stage a protest in opposition to the federal government’s transfer to tag the scholars of quite a few non-public faculties with the close by authorities instructional establishments.

The officer mentioned that the sanction was accorded consequent upon the expiration of affiliation of such non-public tutorial establishments of Kashmir division in October 2021-2022, coupled with the failure of the involved managements to submit requisite case information for additional extension with crucial certificates and security paperwork.

“The involved principals or cluster heads after securing crucial discharge certificates of the involved college students shall authenticate and submit the Permission-Cum-Admission (PCA) types of courses tenth to twelfth and renewal registration returns, because the case could also be, with regular prescribed payment, as per the notifications issued by the JKBOSE Director Educational,” the order said.

The board authority directed that the involved non-public faculties shall remit a tagging payment equal to periodical inspection payment for the present tutorial session viz. 2023-2024, as prescribed by the JKBOSE.

The board authorities mentioned that the orders shall be topic to the result of writ petitions, if any, pending earlier than the competent courts of legislation.

Earlier the highest officers mentioned,  “Below Statutory Order (SO) 177, within the case of these non-public faculties who’re operating their establishments from the state land and are defaulters, their quantity is round 200.”
