Visitors Halted On Jammu-Srinagar Nationwide Freeway

Jammu, Feb 5: After opening briefly following its closure because of a landslide triggered by incessant rain, the visitors has been halted on the Jammu-Srinagar Nationwide Freeway as upkeep work was being carried out at Dalwas, officers stated on Monday.
“Visitors halted from each side at Dalwas on Jammu, a Srinagar Nationwide Freeway because of upkeep of street,” Jammu and Kashmir Visitors Police stated.
The Jammu Srinagar Nationwide Freeway is the lifeline of the Kashmir valley and the primary street hyperlink connecting Kashmir with the remainder of the nation. Kashmir-bound vehicles laden with important provides and different autos cross via the freeway.
