Srinagar- Police on Tuesday arrested two individuals, who have been evading arrest for the final 14 years in a case filed in opposition to them in Police Station Awantipora in South Kashmir.
In response to a police spokesperson, non-bailable warrants underneath part 512 CrPC issued by the Courtroom of JMIC Pampore on November 23, 2009 in opposition to two absconders Balvinder Kumar Bhagat of Chalyari Samba, concerned in case FIR No. 186/1996 underneath part 279, 304-A RPC of Police Station Awantipora and Jagjeet Singh of Simbal Camp Jammu, concerned in case FIR No. 24/1998 U/S 279, 304-A RPC of Police Station Awantipora.
Accordingly, he stated, a particular group was constituted and the accused have been arrested from Jammu. Subsequently, he stated, the accused have been produced earlier than the Courtroom of Regulation.
