SRINAGAR: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday mentioned that the federal government would study the matter regarding the closure of the United Nations workplace in Kashmir.
He made this assertion in response to a selected inquiry throughout his press convention on the interim finances of JK 2024-25 on the Conference Centre.
Replying to a query that some individuals are utilizing the United Nations Army Observers Group for India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) in Kashmir as an emblem of dispute and is there any transfer to shut down the workplace after JK’s full integration with India on August 5, 2019 following the abrogation of Article 370, LG Sinha welcomed the sentiment and mentioned “Aap ki jo samiksha hai us par chahe gai to dekha jaye ga (Now that the query has been requested, we’ll look into the problem).”
