KPDCL suspends 15 extra staff, initiates disciplinary proceedings

The Kashmir Energy Growth Company Restricted (KPDCL) Saturday suspended its fifteen extra staff and initiated disciplinary proceedings towards them.

In keeping with the information company—Kashmir Information Observer (KNO), Managing Director KPDCL and its administrative official on this regard has issued 15 suspension orders towards its staff.

The suspension and disciplinary proceedings have been initiated towards ten Linemen and different meter readers and technicians.

KPDCL in several suspension orders of its staff stated that the disciplinary proceedings below rule-33 of the J&K Civil Providers (Classification, Management and Enchantment) Guidelines, 1956 are contemplated towards them.

Accordingly, the officers positioned all of the 15 staff below suspension with rapid impact.

“The suspended officers shall stay connected with the involved Govt Engineers until additional orders,” it reads.

Earlier on March-19, The federal government suspended twelve of Energy Growth Division and initiated disciplinary proceedings towards them.

The suspension and disciplinary proceedings was initiated towards 5 In-charge Assistant Govt Engineers (AEE’s), two Assistant Engineers (AE’s) and 5 Junior Engineers—(KNO)
