Supervisor lacking after allegedly embezzling Rs 33 lakh at Tral financial institution, case filed – Kashmir Reader

Srinagar: A department supervisor of Elaqaie Dehati Financial institution in Tral space of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district is lacking after allegedly embezzling Rs 33 Lakh by tampering signatures. An official stated that the department supervisor recognized as Meraj Alam son of Mohd Nazir of Bihar is lacking since February 17.He stated that he has allegedly embezzled Rs 33 lakhs by tampering signatures of a number of account holders.A case FIR quantity 13/2024 U/S 409 IPC registered has been registered at police station Tral and additional investigation has been taken up—(KNO)
