Ministry of Dwelling Affairs, GoI, Promotes Anand Jain, Nitish Kumar And Chayya Sharma As ADGPs – Kashmir Reader

Srinagar: The Ministry of Dwelling Affairs, Authorities of India, has promoted Anand Jain and Chayya Sharma as ADGPs and apart from Amit Kumar as Inspectors Normal. The Ministry has alternatively promoted Rayees Mohammad Bhat alongside 31 others as DIGs.

“In pursuance to the suggestions of the Screening Committee in its assembly held on 20.12.2023, Ms Chhaya Sharma, IPS (AGMUT: 1999), Shri Anand Jain, IPS (AGMUT: 1999) and Shri Nitish Kumar, IPS (AGMUT: 1999), at the moment posted within the cadre, are hereby promoted to the ADGP Grade (LEVEL 15 within the Pay Matrix) w.e.f. 01.01.2024 or from the date of assumption of cost, whichever is later”, reads an order.

“This points with the approval of the Competent Authority”, reads the order.

In a separate order, the Ministry of Dwelling Affairs, Authorities of India, as per GNS, promoted eight IPS officers to the rank of Inspector Normal.

Among the many promoted IGs embody; Vikramjit Singh, Dumbere Milind Mahadeo, A.V Deshpande, Neichungnunga, and 4 others together with Amit Kumar, Mandeep Singh Randhawa, Pushpendra Kumar and Jatin Narwal as Proforma Promotion.

The MHA in one other order promoted 32 IPS officers to the rank of DIGs.

Additional, the IPS officers of AGMUT cadre, at the moment posted on Central Deputation, are hereby granted Proforma Promotion to the DIGP Grade (LEVEL 13A within the Pay Matrix) w.e.f. 01.01.2024 and on the precise foundation with impact from the date of assumption of cost of their rapid juniors within the cadre. The officers embody; Benita Mary Jaiker, IPS (AGMUT: 2010); Dr. Eish Singhal, IPS (AGMUT: 2010); Rajiv Omprakash Pande, IPS (AGMUT: 2010) and Santosh Kumar Meena, IPS (AGMUT: 2010).
