SRINAGAR: The Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA) performed searches in elements of Kashmir on Saturday in a case of terror funding by Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir, an illegal affiliation underneath the Illegal Actions (Prevention) Act.
Quoting sources, Kashmir Scroll reported that the company sleuths are finishing up these raids within the Southern area of Kashmir, together with Kulgam district and in addition in Srinagar. The people affiliated with Jamaat-e-Islami (JEI) are being raided.
Sources stated the raids are underway in shut coordination with the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs).
