NIA Attaches Properties in North Kashmir

   

SRINAGAR: The Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA) on Saturday connected properties of 4 accused individuals in a ‘narco-terror’ funding case in Handwara space of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Official sources stated that the properties have been connected in reference to an investigation of a case RC-03/2020/NIA/JMU associated to the narco-terrorism.

The accuser who properties have been connected embody Muneer Ahmed Banday son of Ghulam Rasool Banday, Afaq Ahmed Wani son of  Ghulam Rasool Wani, Abdul Moomin Peer son of  late Mohammed Asraf Peer and Saleem Andrabi son of Syed Iftikhar Geelani of Laribal Rajiwar.

Officers stated that the properties have been recognized below proceeds of terrorism and have been connected with the prior permission from designated authority.(KNO)
